Copy an Existing Labor Rate Table

Instead of creating a new labor rate table from scratch, you can copy an existing table and modify it.

To create a new table by copying an existing table:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Billing > Rate Tables > Labor Rates.
  2. On the Billing Labor Rate Tables form, complete one of the following actions to select the table to copy:
    Option Description
    To look for and select the table, then copy it Click Search and select the table on the Lookup. Click New > Copy Current Labor Rate Table.
    To copy a table that displays on the lookup Click New > Select Labor Rate Table to Copy, then select the table on the Lookup.
  3. Modify the information on the Billing Labor Rate Tables form.
  4. Click Save.
