Associate a Unit with an Asset Item

You associate a unit with an asset item in the Equipment Info Center.

To associate a unit with an asset item, complete the following steps:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Info Center > Equipment.
2. On the Equipment form, use the lookup in the Search field to select the asset item with which to associate a unit.
3. Click the GL Book tab to open it.
4. On the toolbar of the Unit Association grid, click Insert.
5. On the Unit lookup, select one or more units to associate with the asset item, and click Select. The lookup list displays all the units that are entered in Info Center > Units. The units that you select each prefill in a row in the Unit Association grid.
6. On the Equipment form toolbar, click Save.
