Marketing Campaign Examples - Lead Info Center

You can associate marketing campaign records with lead records.

Example One

If you open the lead record for Lucy Cushing and add Museums 2014 to the Marketing Campaigns tab:

• Museums 2014 — and related marketing campaign information — displays in the Marketing Campaigns grid on the Marketing Campaigns tab of Lucy Cushing's lead record.

• Lucy Cushing — and related lead information — displays in the Leads grid on the Leads tab of Museums 2014's marketing campaign record.

If you open the lead record for Lucy Cushing and remove Museums 2014 from the Marketing Campaigns grid:

• Museums 2014 — and related marketing campaign information — no longer displays in the Marketing Campaigns grid on the Marketing Campaigns tab of Lucy Cushing's lead record.

• Lucy Cushing — and related lead information — no longer displays in the Leads grid on the Leads tab of Museums 2014's marketing campaign record.

Example Two

If you open the marketing campaign record for Museums 2014 and add Lucy Cushing to the Leads tab:

• Lucy Cushing — and related lead information — displays in the Leads grid on the Leads tab of Museums 2014's marketing campaign record.

• Museums 2014 — and related marketing campaign information — displays in the Marketing Campaigns grid on the Marketing Campaigns tab of Lucy Cushing's lead record.

If you open the marketing campaign record for Museums 2014 and remove Lucy Cushing from the Leads grid:

• Lucy Cushing — and related lead information — no longer displays in the Leads grid on the Leads tab of the Museums 2014's marketing campaign record.

• Museums 2014 — and related marketing campaign information — no longer displays in the Marketing Campaigns grid on the Marketing Campaigns tab of Lucy Cushing's lead record.
