Review or Print a Transaction List for Expense Reports from Time & Expense

If you are using Vision Time & Expense, you can use the Expense Reports tab of the Transaction Lists form to view expense report data.

If your firm uses the Deltek First Vision Essentials cloud version of Vision, the Print option is not available. You can preview reports onscreen and then print the reports from the Preview window.

To view expense report data, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, select Transaction Center > Transaction Lists.
  2. On the Transaction Lists form, click the Expense Reports tab.
  3. In the Group field, specify the employee group whose expense reports you want to review.

    This determines the employees and their expense reports that display in the grid on this tab. In the grid, click a column heading to sort the list in ascending order. Click again to sort the list in descending order.

  4. In the Line Item Approval field, select the line item approval setting, such as Partial or Complete.
  5. In the grid, select the employee files that you want to include in the list report.

    To select more than one employee, press the SHIFT key and click sequential employees, or press the CTRL key and click non-sequential employees. Click the Select All button below the grid to include all employees in the transaction list report.

  6. On the Transaction List form toolbar, click the Transaction list option, and select one of the print or preview options in the drop-down menu.
