Use Batch Deletes to Make Records Inactive

You can use the Batch Deletes utility to mark multiple records as inactive. This option only applies to Info Center records.

To mark multiple records as inactive:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > Advanced Utilities > Batch Deletes.
  2. On the Batch Deletes form, select the Info Center and click Mark Records Inactive.
  3. On the lookup, select the records that you want to mark as inactive and click Select.
  4. When Vision displays a message that asks you to confirm, click Yes to start the batch process.
