Service profiles are automatically available to all companies (if you use multiple companies). Use the Company Access tab to restrict access by specifying the companies that can access each service profile.

For example, your database includes companies in France and in Germany. You want only the French companies to be able to access the current service profile. On this tab, you can select each French company for the service profile and then create another service profile for the German companies.
Because opportunity records are available to all companies, the relationships between companies and service profiles that are created on this tab only apply when you create a fee estimate where an organization is assigned to the opportunity or project in the Info Centers. Otherwise, there are no limits applied by company and all service profiles display when you create a fee estimate.

Click this check box to make the service profile available to all companies. Selecting this option disables the Companies grid.

If you do not select
Available to All Companies, you can use this grid to select the companies that have access to the service profile.

Click the drop-down arrow on a grid header to complete any of the following actions:
- To print grid data, click
Print. On the Print Preview form, click
to send the grid data to your default printer.
- To export grid data to an Excel spreadsheet, click
Export to Excel. When Microsoft Excel opens, use its features to modify, print, or email the grid data, or to save the spreadsheet file locally.
- To turn on grouping for a grid, click
Enable Grouping. When a field displays with the instruction: "Drag a column header here to group by that column," drag and drop column headers into the field, in the sequence that you want them to display.
Not all options are available on all grids.

Select a company to assign to the service profile. This drop-down list includes all companies in the Vision database.
