Section H Tab of SF330 Proposals Form

Use the Section H tab to enter data into Section H, Additional Information, of an SF330 proposal, and to enter signor data in Section I, Authorized Representative.

Field Description
30. Provide Any Additional Information Requested by the Agency. Government instructions: Use this section to provide additional information specifically requested by the agency or to address selection criteria that are not covered by the information provided in Sections A - G.

You can populate Block 30 with information stored in a text library, or you can enter information manually.

31. Signature Government instruction: An authorized representative of a joint venture or the prime contractor must sign and date the completed form. Signing attests that the information provided is current and factual, and that all firms on the proposed team agree to work on the project. Joint ventures selected for negotiations must make available a statement of participation by a principal of each member of the joint venture.

Block 31 of the merge template for this page has a graphics placeholder.

After you merge the SF330 proposal, you can open the merged proposal in Microsoft Word and merge the signature image of the employee selected in Block 33.

To merge the employee's signature image file from the Files tab of the employee's record:

  • On the 330 Preferences form, the Include Signature Image option must be selected
  • On the Files tab, the image file must have the Graphic check box selected and Signature written in the Description column.
  • To fit in the block, the image's height must be a maximum of .75".
32. Date When you select an employee using Select Signer in Block 33, if this block is empty, Vision enters the current date.

To change the date, click Select Date and select the date from the popup calendar.

33. Name and Title Click Select Signer to open the Employee lookup, showing all employees in your Vision database.

After you select an employee, Vision populates this block with:

  • The employee's Name, formatted as you specified in Name Format on the 330 Preferences form, and
  • The employee's Title.
