Client Addresses Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to view the other addresses for a client record.

You cannot edit addresses on this dialog box. The address information displayed on the dialog box is based on the client record in the Client Info Center.

Location

To display the dialog box, complete the following steps:
  1. Run a search by using any address option as the search criteria in the Search By field in any client lookup.
  2. Select a record that displays *Yes in the Other Addresses field in the search results grid.
  3. Click the *Other Addresses for the Selected Client link located at the bottom of the lookup dialog box.

Client Addresses Grid

Field Description
Description This column displays a short description of the address.
Address 1, 2, 3, 4 These columns display the address lines.
City This column displays the city of the address.
State/Province This column displays the state or province of the address.
ZIP/Postcode This column displays the ZIP or postal code of the address.
Country This column displays the country of the address.
