Add a Labor Rate Table

Create a new labor rate table when you need to associate labor billing rates with individual employees.

To add a new labor rate table:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Billing > Rate Tables > Labor Rates.
  2. On the toolbar of the Billing Labor Rate Tables form, click New > New Labor Rate Table.
  3. Enter a table number and name.
  4. Use the grid options to specify the employees for the table.
  5. Optional. If you use effective dates for billing rates, enter a date in the Effective Date field for each row that you insert on the grid.
  6. In the lookup fields at the bottom of the form, associate organizations and employees with labor code tables.
  7. Click Save.

Alternative Procedure: To create new tables, you can also copy and modify existing tables.
