Disable User Logins

You must disable logins to perform certain maintenance tasks. If all logins are disabled, users with an Admin Security role are still able to log on.

This utility is separate from the option to disable users in Security Configuration.

To disable user logins:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > User Activity.
2. On the toolbar of the User Activity form, click Actions > Disable user logins.
