Delete an Activity in the Activity Manager

After activities are completed, they remain in your database until you delete them. You can delete only those activities for which you are the designated owner. When you delete an activity from the Activity Manager, the activity is deleted from your database.

To delete an activity in the Activity Manager, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Calendar/Activities > Activity Manager.
  2. Optional: Use the Activities Filter dialog box to narrow the list of activities that display in the Activities grid.
  3. In the Activities grid on the Activity Manager form, click the row that contains the activity that you want to delete, and click Delete on the toolbar. Vision deletes the activity.
  4. Click Save.
