Billing Session Printer Dialog Box

Use the Billing Session Printer dialog box to establish printing options for the current billing session, such as the printer to use and the paper size. Defaults are based on the printing options selected for the printer from the application server. Options selected apply to the current session only.

Export Reports as Files when Printing Option

This option displays when the Allow Reports to be Exported to Application Server or Allow Reports to be Uploaded via SFTP options are selected for the Export Reports as Files option on the Miscellaneous Tab of General System Settings Form. Use this option to save an electronic copy of an invoice on the Vision application server or SFTP host when an invoice is printed, when an invoice is accepted, and when prior invoices are previewed. Copies are saved to the Vision installation directory on the application server or to the specified SFTP host. For example, the directory may appears as follows: Program Files\Deltek\Vision\Reports\Saved Files. This option is not selected by default. When this option is selected, you can also select the Export Only option, to save the invoice in the specified location without printing.
