Update Previous Fee Billings in Billing Terms

You can update previous fee billings in Billing Configuration.

To modify the previous fee billing amount in billing terms, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Configuration > Billing > General.
  2. On the Fees tab of the Billing Setup form, select the Enter Prior Fee Billing in Billing Terms option. You will manually enter prior fee billings-to-date, rather than having Vision calculate the amount based on actual postings.
  3. Enter the fee amount in one of the following ways:
    • If the project does not have billing phases, enter the fee amount in the Prior Fee Billing field on the Fees tab of the Billing Terms form.
    • If the project has billing phases, enter the fee amount in the Billed-to-date fields for each individual billing phases in the Billing Phases grid on the Fees tab of the Billing Terms form.
