AR Mapping Accounts Tab of Accounts Receivable Configuration

Use the AR Mapping Accounts tab to map your accounts receivable accounts that are entered for cash receipts to columns on the Accounts Receivable Ledger.

Field	Description
Company	Select the company for which you want to set up the mapping accounts.
AR Account	Enter the accounts receivable account or click in this field to select an account on the Account lookup. The account that you enter must be a Balance Sheet account.
AR Column	Enter the column on the Accounts Receivable Ledger to which postings to this accounts receivable account are mapped when the report is printed. If the revenue account is not mapped to one of these columns, the amount prints in the Other column of the Accounts Receivable Ledger.
