Select a Document

To work with a document in Document Management (to check it out, edit its properties, and so on), you must first select it.

To select a document, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Documents tab in an Info Center, select a record.
  2. Select the folder in which the document resides and then select the document. The document displays in the Documents grid.
  3. Click the row that contains the document.
