Add a Global Comment

The global comments that you create can help identify or classify time and labor entries on individual timesheets. Global comments are available to all Timesheet users in the active company.

To add a global comment, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Configuration > Time & Expense > Company Timesheet.
  2. Click the Global Comments tab on the Company Timesheet Configuration form.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Insert to insert a new row.
  4. Enter a comment in the Comment field of the row.
  5. Optional. Select a row on the grid and click Edit below the grid to display the Text Editor, which you can use to add and format additional text for the comment.
  6. Click Save.
