Reject Expense Report Line Items

You can reject individual expense charges for projects if the approval workflow is enabled for expense line items. Notifications will be sent based on the approvals workflow.

You can reject expense report line items if you have the appropriate rights to perform an rejection based on the approvals workflow configuration.

To reject Expense Report line items, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Time and Expense > Expense Report Line Approval.
  2. In the Project Filter field on the General tab of the Expense Report Line Item Approval form, select a project.
  3. In the Line Item grid, review and select the expense line that you want to reject.
  4. On the form toolbar, click Approvals and then select Reject or Reject All.
  5. On the Reject dialog box, enter a comment and click OK.
  6. Click Save.
