Workflow for Creating and Linking Projects/Jobs Between Vision and TrafficLIVE
Projects/jobs can be linked between Vision and TrafficLIVE when you run the TrafficLIVE web service.
The following table provides the workflow for creating and linking projects/jobs between Vision and TrafficLIVE:

Before you run the TrafficLIVE web service in Vision and send a new TrafficLIVE job to Vision, you must complete the following in TrafficLIVE:

| 2. | In Vision, run the TrafficLIVE web service so Vision will receive new projects/jobs from TrafficLIVE. |

| 3. | In Vision, throughout the life of the project/job, complete and modify project/job records that are linked with TrafficLIVE. |
In Vision, in the Project Info Center (), accounting personnel complete the required fields before the project/job becomes available for processing timesheets and expenses. You can set up a user-initiated workflow in Vision () to have an email message sent to the person who needs to complete other fields for the linked projects/jobs in the Project Info Center. The user initiated workflow can be based on the TrafficLIVE ID field in the Vision Project Info Center. Only certain fields that you change for a project/job can be updated in TrafficLIVE when you run the TrafficLIVE web service. Those fields are listed in the drop-down list in the Vision Field field in the Fields to Sync grid on the General tab of the TrafficLIVE Web Service form. |
