Eliminate Problem Web Sites

Web sites that take over the Vision browser can throw you out of Vision. If you place one of these Web dashparts on your Dashboard, you can get kicked out of Vision every time that you try to log in.

The solution to this problem is to relaunch Vision without loading the startup application and then eliminate the problem dashpart.

To eliminate a problem web site, complete the following steps:

1. On the Vision splash screen that displays when you launch Vision, click Do not load Startup Application.
2. Log on to Vision.
3. Hold down the SHIFT and CTRL keys while you click the Dashboard link.

   All of your Web dashparts display but Vision does not load their content.

4. Delete (or hide) the Web dashpart that caused the problem.
