Toolbar of SF254 Proposals Form

Use the SF254 Proposals toolbar to create or modify SF254 proposals.

Field Description
Save Click this option to display the Save Proposal form and save the copy of the proposal under a new name.
New Click this option and select one of the following:
  • New SF254 — Use this option to start a fresh SF254 proposal.
  • Copy Current SF254 — Use this option to make a new SF254 proposal from a copy of the proposal that is currently open.
Delete SF254 Click this option to delete the current SF254 proposal from the Vision database.

If you delete a proposal from the Vision database, you cannot undo the deletion.

Open Click this option and select a proposal from the SF254 Lookup.
Edit Click this option and select one of the following:
  • Preferences — Opens the 254 Preferences dialog box. Use this form to review and change the formatting and other settings for proposals before you start to make a new SF254 proposal.
  • Template Editor — Opens the SF254 Template Editor dialog box. Use this dialog box to create, change, and manage SF254 merge templates.
Merge Click this option to display the Merge SF254 form. Use this form to start the procedure to merge the data into an SF254 proposal document.
Help Click this option to display the Vision online help for SF254 Proposals.
