Project Planning Visualization

The Project Planning Visualization is a graphical representation of the key data in your project plans. Project Planning Visualization is designed to make it easy for you to spot problem areas so that you can take corrective action as soon as possible.

For example, you might compare baseline hours or costs to actual hours or costs. Or, to help you evaluate how much revenue a plan will return based on each labor dollar planned, you could select the Cost Planned Multiplier metric.

You can determine the contents of the visualization map, the grouping of the data, which colors will be used to signify good versus troubled trends, and the data on which the sizing and colors of the blocks will be based.

See Project Planning Visualization, in the Reporting help, for information about options and procedures.
