Associate a File Link with a Vendor Record

You can associate file links with Info Center records on the Links grid of any Info Center that allows file link associations.

To add a file link to the Links grid, complete the following steps:

1. Click Insert on the Links grid.
2. On the Microsoft Explorer Choose File dialog box, select the file link that you want to add to the Link grid.
3. Click Open. Vision closes the Choose File dialog box and adds the file path information for the selected file link to the Link Path field on the Links grid. If the file is a graphics file, Vision adds a graphics indicator.
4. In the Description field on the Links grid, enter a description of the file link.
5. Click Save.
