Asset Summary Report

The Asset Summary report displays a row for each asset record selected. To customize the information that is displayed for the assets, select the columns you want to see.

    The Asset Summary report is found in the Equipment section of the Reporting application.
  • Asset Summary General Tab
    Use the General tab to set report options for the Asset Summary report, including the GL book on which the report is based, the calculation methods used for the assets, and the status settings of the assets.
  • Asset Summary Columns Tab
    Use the Columns tab to specify the columns that are included in the report. Columns can be removed, added, resized, renamed, and sequenced.
