You can associate project records with contact records.

Example One

If you open the contact record for Greg Chu and add Law School Expansion to the Projects grid:

• Law School Expansion — and related project information — displays in the Projects grid on the Projects tab of Greg Chu's contact record.

• Greg Chu — and related contact information — displays on the Contacts grid on the Clients/Contacts tab of the Law School Expansion's project record.

If you open the contact record for Greg Chu and remove Law School Expansion from the Projects grid:

• Law School Expansion — and related project information — no longer displays in the Projects grid on the Projects tab of Greg Chu's contact record.

• Greg Chu — and related contact information — no longer displays on the Contacts grid on the Clients/Contacts tab of the Law School Expansion's project record.

Example Two

If you open the project record for the Law School Expansion and add Greg Chu to the Contacts grid:

• Greg Chu — and related contact information — displays on the Contacts grid on the Client/Contacts tab of the Law School Expansion's project record.

• Law School Expansion — and related project information — displays in the Projects grid on the Projects tab of Greg Chu's contact record.

If you open the project record for the Law School Expansion and remove Greg Chu from the Contacts grid:

• Greg Chu — and related contact information — no longer displays on the Contacts grid on the Client/Contacts tab of the Law School Expansion's project record.

• Law School Expansion — and related project information — no longer displays in the Projects grid on the Projects tab of Greg Chu's contact record.
