Print Expense Reports Automatically

You can have your expense report print automatically when you submit it. If Print Supporting Documents is selected on the Print menu, any supporting documents associated with the expense report are included also.

Note: Selections made on this dialog box are automatically updated on the Print Report When Submitted dialog box in iAccess for Vision Expense Report.

To print an expense report automatically, complete the following step:

Select one of the following options:
  • Click Option > Print Detailed Expense Report when submitted to print a Detailed Expense report automatically when you submit your expense report.

  • Click Option > Print Summarized Expense Report when submitted to print a Summarized Expense report automatically when you submit your expense report.
