Delete an Invoice Edited in a Third Party Application

To remove the link between an invoice saved in a third-party software format and Vision, you delete the edited invoice.

Deleting the invoice does not delete the file from its location on your PC or your network. Selecting Delete Edited Invoice deletes the link that associates the edited invoice with the Vision project record on the General tab of the Interactive Billing form.

To delete the link between an invoice saved in a third-party application and Vision, complete the following steps:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Billing > Interactive Billing.
2. Select options on the Billing Session Options dialog and click OK.
3. Open the project whose invoice link you want to delete.
4. Click Invoice > Delete Edited Invoice.
