System Timesheet Configuration Report

The System Timesheet Configuration report summarizes the Timesheet processing options that you set up for all companies in the enterprise. Each section of the report corresponds to a section of the System Timesheet Configuration form.

Section Description

Timesheet Line Item Approval

This section indicates whether or not the Timesheet Line Item Approval feature is on or off.

Require Line Item Approval to Post Timesheet

This section indicates whether line item approval is required to post timesheets. If an option is selected, an X displays in the box.

Approver(s) for Timesheet Line Item Approval

This section indicates who is assigned to approve timesheet line entries: Principal, Project Manager, or Supervisor. If an option is selected, an X displays in the box.

Timesheet Line Item Approval by Project Charge Type

This section indicates what types of projects are selected for line item approval (only if the By Project option displays in the Timesheet Line Item Approval section). If an option is selected, an X displays in the box.
