Use Batch Deletes to Delete Records

Use the Batch Deletes utility to delete multiple records.

To delete a batch of records:

  1. From the VisionNavigation menu, click Utilities > Advanced Utilities > Batch Deletes.
  2. On the Batch Deletes form, select the Info Center and click Delete Records.
  3. On the lookup, select the records that you want to delete and click Select. Vision displays a message that asks if you want to schedule the process to run later.
  4. Complete one of the following actions:
    • To schedule the process, click Yes and select settings on the Schedule dialog box.
    • To process the deletions now, click No. When Vision displays a message that asks you to confirm the deletion, click Yes to start the batch deletion process.
