Print the Activity Calendar Report from the Activity Manager Form

From the Activity Manager form, you can print the Activity Calendar report. This report provides a snapshot of your calendar to help you keep track of your phone calls, meetings, and tasks for a given month, week, or day.

If your firm uses the Deltek First Vision Essentials cloud version of Vision, the Print option is not available. You can preview reports onscreen and then print the reports from the Preview window.

To print the Activity Calendar report from the Activity Manager form, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Calendar/Activities > Activity Manager.
  2. On the toolbar of the Activity Manager form, click Print, and then click Print Current or Print All.
  3. On the Reports tab of the Activity Reporting dialog box, click the Options field.
  4. Click .
  5. Specify report options on the General and Layout tabs of the Activity Calendar Options dialog box.
  6. Print the report.
