Access Posted Transaction Files

Access posted transaction files if you need to review, print, delete, or resubmit them.

To access archived transaction files:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > Advanced Utilities > Posted Transaction Files.
  2. In the Transaction Type field on the Posted Transaction Files form, select a transaction type. Vision displays all transaction files posted during the current accounting period.

    The transaction type list is filtered based on your security role's access rights. If you use Vision Multicompany, this list is further refined based on the active company. See the Accounting tab of Role Security (Configuration > Security > Roles) for more information.

  3. Optional. To limit the number of transactions displayed, select the Show only transactions created by me option.
  4. Select a file.
  5. Select one of the following actions:
    Option Description
    To print a list of the transactions in the file Click Transaction List > Print.
    To display a list of the transactions in the file Click Transaction List > Preview.
    To make the file available again in the Transaction Center Click Recreate File.
    To delete the file Click Delete.
