Notes Tab of Item Requests Line Detail Dialog Box

Use the Notes tab to enter or edit additional comments or requests about the item that is selected on the Items grid of the Item Requests form.

Field	Description
Extra Notes	Click and enter additional comments or requests about this item. This data prints on both reports and forms.
Internal Notes	Click and enter internal comments or requests about this item. This data prints on reports, but not on forms.
Edit	Click this option to open this field in the Text Editor.
