Specify Employee Layout for an SF255 Proposal

The Employees tab of the SF255 form displays two employees per page, which is the standard government format. However, you can choose to display one employee per page in the merged or printed SF255 proposal. You can also mix page layouts, with two employees on one page, and one employee on the next.

The number of employees per page is normally controlled by the Employees Per Page setting on the SF255 Preferences form. To display this form, click Edit , Preferences. Use the procedure below to override the Employees Per Page setting.

To specify the number of employees shown on each page, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Proposals > SF255 Proposals.
  2. Click the Employees tab and go to any employee.
  3. In Block 7g, click Employee Layout.
  4. For each employee listed, select One Per Page or Two Per Page.
  5. Click OK.
