Vendor Examples- Opportunity Info Center

You can associate vendor records with opportunity records.

Example One

If you open the opportunity record for the Student Activity Center and add Midtown Printing to the Vendors grid:

• Midtown Printing — and related vendor information — displays in the Vendors grid on the Team tab of the Student Activity Center's opportunity record.

• Student Activity Center — and related opportunity information — displays in the Opportunities grid on the Opportunities tab of Midtown Printing's vendor record.

If you open the opportunity record for the Student Activity Center and remove Midtown Printing from the Vendors grid:

• Midtown Printing — and related vendor information — no longer displays in the Vendors grid on the Team tab of the Student Activity Center's opportunity record.

• Student Activity Center — and related opportunity information — no longer displays in the Opportunities grid on the Opportunities tab of Midtown Printing's vendor record.

Example Two

If you open the vendor record for Midtown Printing and add Student Activity Center to the Opportunities grid:

• Student Activity Center — and related opportunity information — displays in the Opportunities grid on the Opportunities tab of Midtown Printing's vendor record.

• Midtown Printing—and related vendor information—displays in the Vendors grid on the Team tab of the Student Activity Center's opportunity record.

If you open the vendor record for Midtown Printing and remove Student Activity Center from the Opportunities grid:

• Student Activity Center — and related opportunity information — no longer displays in the Opportunities grid on the Opportunities tab of Midtown Printing's vendor record.

• Midtown Printing — and related vendor information — no longer displays in the Vendors grid on the Team tab of the Student Activity Center's opportunity record.
