Change the Base Colors on the Options Dialog Box

On the Options dialog box for a visualization, you can change the base colors used for high values, low values, center values, and outlier values. (You can also change the base colors in the Visualization window.)

To use change the base colors for metrics, complete the following steps:

1. In the Reports grid, click the Options column for the visualization.
2. Click to display the Options dialog box.
3. Click the Metrics tab.
4. In the row for the metric for which you want to change the colors, click in the Low Color grid column and select the color you want for metric values at the low end of the value range.
5. In the row for the metric for which you want to change the colors, click in the High Color grid column and select the color you want for metric values at the high end of the value range.
6. Repeat steps 4 – 5 for each metric for which you want to select colors.
7. Click Apply.
8. Generate the visualization map.
