Post Time & Expense Timesheets in Transaction Posting

You can post timesheets that were entered in Time & Expense in Transaction Posting

To post timesheets, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Transaction Center > Transaction Posting.
  2. Click the Timesheets tab of the Transaction Posting form.
  3. In the Period Ending field, use the drop-down to select the date of the period you wish to post.
  4. In the Group field, specify the employee group whose timesheets you wish to review.

    On the grid, click a column heading to sort the list in ascending order. Click again to sort the list in descending order.

  5. In the Line Item Approval field, select the line item approval setting.
  6. On the grid, select the timesheets that you want to post.
  7. Click the Schedule button to schedule a posting, or click the Post button to immediately post the transaction.

    The transaction is posted, and a message confirming its success displays.

  8. Click the Print option from the Transaction List menu to send the transaction posting to your default printer or click the Preview option to view the transaction posting on your screen.
