SF255 Template Editor

Use the SF255 Template Editor to create and maintain SF255 templates.

Vision SF255 Proposals is installed with a set of default merge templates. These merge templates are Rich Text File (.rtf) documents that have merge codes to put a copy of data from the Vision database into an SF255 proposal. Each default merge template is related to a page of the SF255 form.

You can make other template sets by copying, renaming, and changing the default set.

To change the default merge templates, you can:

  • Enter new SF255 merge codes, to change the data that is copied to the proposal record from the Vision database.

  • Add fields to the templates that you make.

  • Change the format and layout of the SF255 form.
