You can download Vision documentation in PDF format from the Deltek Customer Care Connect site.

Prerequisites: If you do not have an account for the Deltek Customer Care Connect site, ask the Deltek support contact manager at your company to add you as a user.

To access Vision documentation on the Deltek Customer Care Connect site, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to http://support.deltek.com.
  2. Enter your Customer Care Connect Username and Password. If you forget your username or password, click the Account Assistance button on the login screen for help.
  3. Click the Log In button.
  4. In the Support Resources section of the Home page, click the Enterprise Search option. You can also click the down arrow on the Quick Links tab title and select Enterprise Search from the drop-down list.
  5. In the Product section on the left, select the Vision check box.
  6. In the Collection section on the right, select the Release Documentation check box.
  7. Enter a guide name or part of the guide name in the search words field.
    • Be sure to include a Vision version number in the search words field so that you retrieve a guide for the intended Vision version. To check the version of your Vision software, open Vision and then click Help on the toolbar at the top of your screen. Select About from the drop-down list.

    • Not all documents are available for all versions.

  8. Click Search.
  9. In the Results section, click the link for the document that you want to open.
