Interactive Billing Form

Use the Interactive Billing form to review and modify a project's outstanding labor, expenses, and unit transactions, and to update a project's fee.

You can sort transactions in the labor, expenses, or units grid by any column heading by clicking the column heading. The sort alternates between ascending and descending.

You can change a billing rate at any time in a billing rate table, in Billing Table Setup. The rate automatically updates in the Rate field in Interactive Billing but not for project reports at billing.

You can change the status of a transaction at any time from the Status field and it will automatically be reflected on the invoice.

If you are not billing units for this project, or if this project was not set up to bill units at the time of posting, unit transactions do not appear on the Units tab of Interactive Billing form. The billable status for units is determined at the time of posting.
