Send an Email Message in Outlook and Create an Activity in Vision

You can automatically create an activity in Vision when you send an email message in Outlook.

To send an email message and automatically create an activity in Vision, complete the following steps:

1. In Outlook, create an email message.
2. Instead of clicking Send, click the Add-Ins tab and click Send and Create Activity on the toolbar. Vision creates an activity that is attached to both the client and the associated contact. If the email contains an attachment, Vision saves the attachment as part of the activity record.
