Download the Merge Macro for Proposals

Use the Download Merge Macro utility to download the macro that installs a toolbar in Microsoft Word, which has all the merge codes and formatting that you need when you create merge templates in Word.

Prerequisites: The Vision CRM and Proposals application must be installed.

To download the merge macro:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > Download Merge Macro.
2. On the Download Merge Macro form, click the DeltekWordMacro.dot button.
3. On the File Download dialog box, click Save.
4. On the Save As dialog box, complete the following actions:
   1. Browse to your workstation's Startup folder.
   2. In the Save as type field, select your startup folder.
   3. Click Save.
