Export Utility Fields Mapping Tab of Export Employee to ABRA

Use the Export Utility Fields Mapping tab to map ABRA fields to Vision fields, and to select which fields to include in the export. The data types in the Expression fields exist in the Vision EM table. Each data type should have a coordinating data type that you enter, when necessary, in the ABRA Field(s) fields.

Expression

The Expression fields are the Vision employee fields to be mapped to the ABRA employee fields located in the ABRA Field(s) column.

Vision exports only those ABRA fields that are marked as Include and that do not have a blank Expression field. If, for example, you enter Employee in the Expression field that is aligned with the P_EMPNO field in the ABRA column, and select Include, Vision exports the Vision field into ABRA. If you leave this Expression field blank, Vision does not export the Vision field into ABRA, regardless of whether Include is selected.

Use the drop-down menu to change default mappings or to select a new mapping. If you try to change a mapping for a primary key field, Vision displays an error message indicating that you cannot make the change.

Reset to Default Click this option to reset selected options and text entered in the Expression fields to the defaults.
