Restore Account Names to Match the Chart of Accounts

When you add an account number to a budget, Vision populates the Account Name field using the name stored in the Accounts Info Center. Restore account names if you edit the account name and want to restore it to the original Account Info Center name, or if you change the name in the Account Info Center and want your budget to match.

To restore account names, complete the following steps:

  1. On the General Budgeting form, move the row selector to the account whose name you want to restore, or select multiple accounts.
  2. On the Budget grid, click Refresh Names.
  3. Click Save.
