Labor Billing Terms

Labor billing terms control the way that Vision calculates and displays labor charges on a project's invoices. This includes how regular and overtime hours are billed.

    You must specify a labor billing method for each time and materials project that you want to bill. The labor method determines how Vision extends labor charges on the invoice.

    You can bill overtime in one of two ways. You can bill the premium part of an employee’s overtime pay as a cost, or you can show overtime hours separately on the invoice and bill them at a multiple of the regular rate.
