Save Refresh Billing Extension Options

You can save settings for a refresh billing extension run, such as the accounting period range, to use for future runs.

You can save the billing extensions for yourself, for all roles, or for a subset of roles, depending on your security access rights.

To save refresh billing extension options, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Billing > Refresh Billing Extensions.
  2. Complete the information on the Refresh Billing Extensions form.
  3. Click Organize.
  4. On the Organize Options dialog box, select options.
  5. To set the current billing extensions as the default, select Use as default options.

    When you select this option, the set of refresh options that you specify will load on the Refresh Billing Extension form when a user clicks the Default button.

  6. Click Save.
