Contents of the Key Convert Accrual Codes Form

Select the accrual codes to be combined or converted.

Field	Description
Combine Existing Accrual Codes	Select this option if you want to consolidate existing accrual codes. Vision allows you to enter an existing accrual code in the New Accrual Code field.
Accrual Code	Select the accrual code(s) that you want to change by performing one of the following actions: Click Insert to insert a new row in which you can use the Accrual Code lookup to select one accrual code. Click Lookup/Insert to display the Accrual Code lookup, where you can select one, more than one, or all accrual codes.
Name	This field displays the name of the accrual code. Click this field to go to Accrual Code Setup, where you can modify accrual code data.
New Accrual Code	Enter a new accrual code. Or, if you selected the Combine Existing Accrual Codes option, enter an existing accrual code.
