This field
displays the withholding code, as established in Payroll Withholding Setup.

| Current Quarter
|
This field
displays the total amount withheld for the associated withholding code in the
current W-2 quarter. The current W-2 quarter and year is established in the
Open New W-2 Quarter utility.

| Previous Quarter
|
This field
displays the total amount withheld for the associated withholding code in the
previous W-2 quarter. If the current W-2 quarter is 1, the
Previous Quarter field displays amounts from
quarter 4 of the previous year.

| Current Year
|
This field
displays the total amount withheld for the associated withholding code in the
current W-2 year. The current W-2 quarter and year is established in the Open
New W-2 Quarter utility.

This field
displays the total amount withheld for the associated withholding code in the
previous W-2 year.
