Contents of the Key Convert Labor Codes Form

Select the labor codes to combine or change.

Field	Description
Combine Existing Labor Codes	Select this option if you want to consolidate existing codes. Vision allows you to enter an existing labor code in the New Labor Code field.
Level	Select the labor code level.
Labor Code	Select the labor codes that you want to change by performing one of the following actions: Click Insert to insert a new row in which you can use the Labor Code lookup to select one labor code. Click Lookup/Insert to display the Labor Code lookup, where you can select one, more than one, or all labor codes.
Name	This field displays the name of the labor code. Click this field to go to Individual Organization Setup, where you can modify labor code data.
New Labor Code	Enter a new labor code. Or, if you selected the Combine Existing Labor Codes option, enter an existing labor code.
