Add Project Info Center Fields and User-Defined Fields to an Invoice Template

You can add Project Info Center fields and user-defined fields from the Project Info Center to an invoice template on the Project Column Selection grid found on the Project Info tab on Billing > Invoice Template Editor.

To add Project Info Center fields or user-defined fields to an invoice template, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Billing > Invoice Template Editor.
  2. On the Project Info tab, click Insert on the Project Column Selection grid toolbar.
  3. Select a Project Info Center field or a user-defined field on the Column Name field. You can configure how the Project Info Center field or user-defined field will look like on the invoice template by configuring the other fields on the Project Column Selection grid.
