Display Available Printers

You can view printers that are available to you for printing reports. Printer information includes the printer name, location, model, and description, as well as other default printer information.

If a printer is added to (or removed from) the report server, your administrator can refresh the list of available printers via this procedure.

If you use the Deltek First Vision Essentials cloud version of Vision, the Report Printers tab may not be available.

To display printers that are available for reports:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > Report Administration.
  2. On the Reporting Administration form, click the Report Printers tab. Vision displays all the available printers.
  3. If a printer has been added or removed, click Refresh to update the list of printers.
