Select Columns for Approvals Review

In addition to selecting or removing columns, you can set the sequence in which they display.

To select columns, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Accounting > Approvals Review.
  2. Click the Select Columns option on the toolbar of the Approvals Review grid. The Select Columns dialog box that displays has two panes:
    • The Available pane lists the columns that are not yet chosen for display in the Approvals Review grid of the Approvals Review form.
    • The Selected pane lists the columns that are currently selected to display in the Approvals Review grid of the Approvals Review form.
  3. To add columns to the Approvals Review grid of the Approvals Review form, select those columns in the Available pane of the dialog box and click the Add-> option.
  4. To remove columns from the Approvals Review grid of the Approvals Review form, select the columns in the Selected pane of the dialog box and click the <- Remove option.
  5. To specify the order in which columns display in the Approvals Review grid of the Approvals Review form, use the up arrow and down arrow options on the Selected pane of the dialog box to move the columns.
  6. Click OK.
